1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AxiosVPN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

AxiosVPN provides encrypted virtual private network services operated under a strict no-log policy. We do not record browsing activity, DNS queries, assigned IP addresses, or connection timestamps associated with your account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AxiosVPN to engage in any illegal activity, distribute malware, send spam, or otherwise violate applicable laws. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Plans renew automatically for the duration indicated unless cancelled. Contact support within 30 days for refund requests.

6. Privacy

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate your account (email address, payment processor ID, subscription status). We never sell your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

AxiosVPN is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxiosVPN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
